Happy with the product, needed it! As I brought an electric mower…..A little disappointed with the fact one battery died after 6 months and couldn’t contact greenworks for a replacement

Works great

This battery was a second unit for my strimmer, i could not strim the whole of my plot with one battery ao economical for me to save time by having 2 charge and get the job done in one go. They give me about 1 hour 15 mins to do the work and fit other tools.

I bought 2 of these to cut my front and back lawns (which are quite small) I had to recharge them after only half finishing 1 lawn! Very disappointed in them and they're really costly each too. I don't recommend this product.

A few years ago I purchased the Greenworks 24v pole saw, which I must say it has served us well ever since, but the more we used it the more work we found for it and that meant the original battery was being charged every 35 - 40 minutes. Now we are taking down some bigger conifers we decided to purchase another battery to save downtime, ordered this, which arrived fully charged but decided to give a bit of boost on the charger and hey presto it does the job perfectly.If anyone is interested, the Greenworks pole saw has cut up to 8inch / 200mm diameter wood with no problem, great product and great brand.
