I've had other purple gel colors turn my buttercream blue. This food coloring lets me tint my buttercream from the palest lavender to a deep purple! Pro-gel is now my go-to gel coloring brand!!!

Works great with gum paste and fondant

I bought this to get an eggplant color for some macarons I'm making for a wedding. I wanted to get a deep eggplant color, this color is perfect and didn't brown when I baked the macarons. I will order this again.

Erschwingliche Farben, die extrem gut färben - gleichwertig zu z.B. AmeriColor, die das dreifache kosten. Nutze sie für alles, auch Macarons, was ja immer heikel ist. Alle Farben sind wunderschön!

- Lieferung wie gewohnt schnell - Bestellt im Dezember 2025 und MHD 12/2029 Das Farbergebnis finde ich super. Bei einem hellen Biskuitboden kann man wunderbar ein helles und ein dunkles lila abbilden (siehe Bilder). Dabei habe ich nur 1-2 Tropfen benötigt. Ich habe damit sowohl Fondant als auch Buttercreme und den Biskuitboden gefärbt. Über die Belastung durch künstliche Farbstoffe kann man bei der geringen Menge (davon schafft jeder maximal 1 Stück Torte) nun streiten.
