Can this be worn during the day in the heat, or only at night?

Thank you for your enquiry regarding Kool 'n' Soothe Night Cooling Spray. It is possible to use inside your day wear to keep cool. Please spray onto the inside of your clothing before you put it on. Please do not however spray inside your underwear/ directly onto your skin and do not use if you have sensitive/ damaged skin.

Has anyone tried taking this on a plane? Not sure if allowed as states flammable liquid
