Black Optics Ready IWB Holster is a veteran-owned, USA-made holster designed specifically for the Springfield XD-M ELITE 3.8" Compact OSP. Featuring advanced Boltaron polymer construction, an audible Posi Click retention system, and a custom molded fit, it offers superior durability, comfort, and security. Adjustable retention and cant angles allow for personalized carry, while a full sweat guard protects your firearm from moisture. Backed by a lifetime warranty and crafted with precision in San Antonio, TX, this holster is built for professionals who demand reliability and style in everyday carry. ## Description This holster is custom molded to your selected firearm model — available in Right, Left, and Ambidextrous hand orientations depending on the model chosen — and is Red Dot Optic Compatible. It is not compatible with weapon-mounted lights or lasers. Threaded and extended barrel compatibility depends on the specific firearm model; check the compatibility list above before ordering. Designed with a minimalist, contoured shape and smoothed edges for comfortable all-day wear — appendix or hip carry — with cant adjustable from 0 to 15 degrees so you can dial in the position that works best for your body type. A full standoff over the trigger guard and mag release keeps draw and re-holster smooth and snag-free. The slim profile conceals well under a shirt; larger-grip firearms may print slightly more depending on carry position and body type. Designed to clip onto belts 1.5" wide or smaller — not intended to be worn without a belt. Each holster weighs approximately 4oz. Built from Boltaron 4332 thermoplastic at .08" thickness — comparable to Kydex in abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, and shape retention in high heat. Retention is adjustable via the screw(s) at the trigger guard, with a Posi-Click snap confirming your firearm is fully seated. To adjust cant, loosen the right screw on the belt clip, reposition the post to your preferred hole (ships at 15°, adjustable to 0°), and reassemble. CYA Supply Co. is veteran-owned — every holster is designed, manufactured, and assembled in San Antonio, Texas, and backed by a lifetime warranty on craftsmanship, hardware, belt clip, and holster body. ## Features - Compatability: Fits Springfield XD-M Elite 9mm / 10mm / 45ACP - 3.8" Barrel Models - Optics Ready - Right Hand Draw - No Weapon Light Attachments - Next Gen Materials: Boltaron polymer construction is superior to traditional, cheaper Kydex holsters in impact and temperature resistance, keeping your protection safe and ready to perform - All Day Comfort: Slim profile chassis weighs just a few ounces and minimizes printing.
