I've had amazingly restful sleep since starting the magnesium drink. I'm on my second bottle. As a 56 year old women who has a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep all night, the Magnesium Breakthrough has worked fantastic. I take it in the morning and during the day - mixing it with my water and sipping it. It does create some stomach discomfort at first but I found using half a scoop twice a day was easier on my stomach than using one full scoop. I fall asleep very easily each night, have lovely restful sleep, and on the rare occasions I wake up; I'm easily able to drift right back off to sleep which I could never do before using Magnesium Breakthrough.

I have ordered this product for YEARS. I have always loved the clean ingredients, the great taste and how well it dissolves in a bottle of Propel while giving me the 8 different types of magnesium. However, I just ordered another container. My previous orders, the powder always had a bright pink color. This one was PALE pink. My thought was this should be great--maybe they removed any food coloring the old version might have had. However, this one tastes different, and leaves an artificial tasting film in my mouth. WHAT DID THEY DO TO THIS GOOD PRODUCT? I need to rethink buying this one again. I'm so unhappy...I'd order it in pill form but already take so many pill supplements. I loved that this didn't add more pills to my health routine.

This product is amazing! I feel relaxed and able to sleep (finally)! It also helps me with having daily bowel movement (sorry if TMI lol). But I’m amazed by the results! I bought it because the actress from Big Bang Theory advertised it and Charlene Johnson (YouTube influencer) uses it. It’s my first time spending money in supplements, and I just ordered my second jar because I’m beyond pleased with the results

I got this specifically because it doesn't have stevia in it, I don't understand the reviews complaining about the taste of stevia in this product.. The raspberry lemonade flavor is delicious, it smells good just opening the jar. A frother really helps mix it, but it does have a slight "milky" flavor/taste that I don't mind but can understand if others don't like it. I use this to stay regular and help relieve muscle cramps, so far I am really happy with it. Just make sure to drink it with an additional glass of water (I drink 8oz of water, then this, then another 8oz of water) because it uses a lot more water in your digestive system.

I purchased this original via our dentist. My whole family absolutely loved the taste and slept great while using it. When we ran out, I ordered it on Amazon. Opened it up, mixed it up, took a sip... WAY sweeter than the jar we had before (in a gross way). I checked the ingredients and it had monk fruit in it, which it did not have before (it also doesn't show monk fruit on the ingredients list on Amazon). I need to buy more but I am afraid of receiving another with monk fruit so will order elsewhere!
