The pills in this bottle seem fine, but my main concern is with the seal. Most bottles of pills that I have ordered come with a "sealed for your protection" seal on the top; so that after you take off the lid you still have to break that seal to get to the pills. This bottle did not come with the "sealed for your protection" seal logo, and the cover it did have was actually already opened. It looked like it would have been possible for someone to access the pills inside easily.I might be paranoid, but I was very unsure of taking pills that look like they could easily have been tampered with.Other than that though, the ingredients look to be fairly good. There seems to be a decent amount of evidence that some of these ingredients can have positive results.I personally just have a hard time trusting a partially opened container of pills; and this probably wouldn't be an issue if it had the "sealed for your protection" seal.

I honestly cannot say whether this product actually does anything because I just can't keep it down. Some supplements upset my stomach but they stay down. This one does not. I do have a sensitive stomach and you may find it a great supplement that is exactly what you are looking for, just not for me.

I really could not figure out why, but that is what the bottle states.If for nothing else, the addition of vitamin B12 will give an energy boost.
