He spends a lot of time at his desk for both gaming and video editing, so comfort and durability were my top priorities. The Pros: Comfort: The padding is very thick and supportive. Ergonomics: The lumbar support and extra pillows make a huge difference for long sessions. Build Quality: It feels sturdy and is clearly made of high-quality materials. Customer Service: When we unboxed it, we noticed one of the adjustment paddles had snapped off due to some rough handling during shipping (the box was damaged in that exact spot). I contacted the company through Amazon, and they were fantastic—they had the replacement parts at our door within a week. Overall, this chair was well worth the money. Great product, even better service!
