Painting my grass and lawn?? What? Then I thought about it and looked out my window and saw beige burnt yellow patches of grass from either dog walkers who let them urinate on my sidewalk grass or from the brutal sun and lack of watering. I got this and it was simple enough. It comes a standard hand pump pressure spray container and a bottle of green dye. Mix the ratio as instructed with water and pump up the pressure and start spraying. BE CAREFUL NOT TO SPRAY YOUR CONCRETE SIDEWALK. It says to use dish detergent and wash immediately for overspray. Nope it didnt work to remove stains. Damn. But the grass??? NICE. I love the green grass that used to be yellow or brown. I feel modern haha.

The grass paint is a blue green color. I could have bought the 64 oz. of paint for less than half the price of this kit. The cheap sprayer they send with this kit is a joke. Don't buy with this sprayer, it is a very chinsey piece of krap. I bought it because I thought it was going to be special, but I could have bought one just like it at Walmart for half the price.

This did work on our less-than-green areas of the lawn that are visible from the street. That was the goal. I definitely was impressed with that. The sprayer was average. We'll see how long the "paint" lasts for the price to see if it is worth the current price of nearly $115. It is an easy process and it does look better.

This is perfect for our lawn. We have an area near the sidewalk that always looks more brown than green. This lawn paint work wonders for that. Just spray it on and it looks awesome. It should last up to 12 weeks, so that will make keeping that area green so much easier. It sprays out easily and is simple to control where it sprays. Looks great!

This is just an ordinary garden sprayer that currently sells on Amazon for $24.50. I'm not conviced that 64 ounces of green grass paint is a good value for almost $80 of the total listed price. That being said, this is a nice little sprayer, but I will probably use my battery powered backpack sprayer.

The idea of painting the grass is a little out there, but during the dry season of summer, my grass will turn totally brown and that leaves me to using sprinkler systems and lots of water. This is a comparable solution as to using water except I spray this on one time and my yard looks great, or I water it every day. Yard looks great again with less work.

Good for professional use love it

When I opened the box, I was surprised the pump sprayer they use was actually an entry level store brand sprayer from a big box store. That means about 90% of the price of this product is for the small bottle of green dye. You can buy a much higher quality sprayer individually (DeWalt makes a great one) and then order a bottle of green lawn dye for a few bucks... and come out a lot cheaper than buying this “kit”.
