What if i cracked my lid by myself? Can i also get 5 years warranty?

Yes,i got a replacement lid from seller ,really like their design and service, all my families using goppus bottle now .

Is the mouth piece soft of rigid? Thanks

For the one with the straw it's soft, sports bottle top and open are rigid. Hope that helps

What is the diameter of the cap? I need to insert medicine into a container and then place it inside the bottle to keep it cool.

Mouth diameter is 5.9cm,if you want to put a container into it,container's diameter should less than 5.6cm. :)
