Wonder product!!! I purchased this as following the introduction of a new kitten into the household, one of my adult cats took umbrage and started peeing on the lounge carpet, delightful... the smell was overpowering even though I religiously used a Vax carpet shampooer every time it happened. I was very nearly resigned to thinking that I would have to wait for my fur baby to get over his trauma and then re-carpet when I found this little miracle.You simply mix a small amount of this product (measuring device incorporated into the bottle) with lukewarm water, spray or slosh it onto the carpet, wait a few minutes and either blot it up or use a carpet shampooing machine to suck it up again - job done, horrific smell gone, carpet saved!AND I discovered that not only did the wonder product take the smell of cat urine out of my Vax it also dissolves stains so I tried it on mattresses and that worked too, it also saved a goatskin rug that got widdled on by the precious furbag.The product is chemical free and completely safe with only a very mild clean smell to it (I had also bought the bright pink Craftex Cat Urine Neutraliser but the smell was so strong as sickly that it went straight down the sink). This concentrate bottle is by far the best value way to buy this product as the spray bottle option only gives you one dose.I would highly recommend this product to anyone who has animals or children.

It takes a lot to impress me, but........I'm totally and utterly impressed with this product and the company that supplies it. I can't tell you how many urine removers I've tried in the past, from shop bought to home remedies and nothing has worked quite like this. I have a small cattery where I look after other people's cats and have 7 cats myself so need to keep everything smelling sweet, both in the home and in the catteries. A couple of weeks ago the biggest but rather striking entire tom cat strolled into my garden. Luckily I had a spare cattery I could put him in, I advertised him locally and had him vet checked - no microchip and in a rather sorry state with open wounds and sores, scar tissue everywhere, scabby ears and the most appealing skin caused by a flea infestation. Anyway surffice to say he stank to high heavens, and no amount of cleaning would remove the smell, which in turn encouraged other toms to come in and ended up with a peeing competition on my hands. So glad I bought this product and a little goes a long way. A small amount mixed in a spray bottle, sprayed about and then hosed down removed the smell completely. Just for good measure I sprayed again and left to dry - no lingering tom cat aroma. I also cleaned the sleeping area with this as boy does that smell get everywhere. I used my usual disinfectants, solutions that kill all known viruses and then finished off with this (because without this it still smelt). Would also like to add I had a small problem with a leaking bottle that the CleanUpStore sorted out straight away, excellent customer service which is unusual now a days, another reason to be impressed. As for the stray, he got neutered today so his lovely aroma should hopefully start to decrease. I've called him Mr Tibbs and I guess you could say he's sort of moved in so I am still using the product round the home in a Fabreze sort of way until his smell goes, and I'll continue to use it. No instructions with how to use. Smells good but I had to guess the ratios. Didn't take smell away completely.

So far so good! compared to all the other cat urine solutions (and there have been many) I have tried it does work well (does need repeated applications for dried/strong stains.)It has no strong smell of its own which is a godsend compared to some of the others, I have tried, that leave strong irritating scents that can last days or weeks in some cases.The fact that it makes upto 25 liters of cleaning solution it makes it excellent value for money too!

I did not find this product very effective. The instructions were followed very carefully but even after literally soaking the sofa several times in the product there was still an odour.

We have tried many Cat Urine products over the years but this is the first one to do what it says on the pack. Mix it as directed but don't be tempted to make it stronger as that wont help. Spray it over the area (floor and up the wall) leave it to work, the instructions are clear. I scrubbed it a bit to make sure it got in to any cracks. I carry out the process twice. Hey presto, it works. Well done Clean Up Store.

Used product as defined in enclosed instructions. Didn't get did of the cat urine odour. Just masked it for a couple of hours. Expensive fragrance basically.

This stuff is great. FElt a bit stupid trying to work out how to use the bottle (you undo the cap with the smaller measured liquid only and squeeze to fill it up)Fill up a litre plastic bottle with the small measure and then cold water and then use to saturate the area the cat has peed on. Let it dry and maybe repeat, I had to do a sofa 3 times but unlike other products I have tried it actually seems to have shifted the smell.

Je l'ai acheté pour une collègue qui avait 8 chats, et les odeurs d'urine malgré un nettoyage intensif avec tous les produits en vente dans les commerces et soit disant efficaces, l'odeur persistait quand même et sa voisine lui faisait des remarque désagréables, avec ce produit le résultat fut exceptionnel, plus aucune odeur, rien qu'une odeur de fraîcheur, la voisine lui a demandé si elle avait toujours ses chats.

mi experiencia: tan sólo tengo 6 gatos. limpio los areneros por la mañana y por la tarde cantan por soleares. insoportable olor a amoníaco al cabo de unos días. me animé a comprarlo porque las reseñas negativas son de hace años y las buenas recientes. Una vez que cuelo la arena de residuos, aplico spray en el arenero vacío, en la arena antes y después de depositarla de nuevo. Elimina el olor TODO el día. Repito la operación a diario y funciona de verdad. Lo sometí a la prueba de fuego: uso arena aglomerante, por lo que los residuos van a la basura. El olor en el cubo de basura es insoportable, y aunque está bajo el fregadero en el mueble cerrado, la cocina entera apestaba. Ahora rocío los residuos con este producto y el olor en la cocina desaparece, si bien es cierto que cuando abres la puerta del mueble, la bofetada te la llevas. Muy contento con la compra.

Riecht und reinigt gut, erfüllt voll seinen Zweck! Unsere Katzen sind leider beleidigt und markieren immer wieder ihre Plätzchen und das riecht sehr übel. Mit dem BioReiniger riecht alles wieder angenehm. Besonders Polstermöbel sind gut zu reinigen damit.

Per un incidente tra due dei miei gatti, è finita della pipì sul muro di casa, pitturato a tempera BIANCA!Il mio timore più grande, oltre al fatto che non funzionasse, era che lasciasse degli aloni sul muro... e invece sono rimasta soddisfatta sotto tutti i punti di vista.L'odore della pipì (che per fortuna non era fortissimo, ma comunque un pò si sentiva) è COMPLETAMENTE SPARITO e i muri sono rimasti bianchi e senza macchie.Come indicato nelle istruzioni, ho mescolato la quantità del prodotto (usandone 50ml in 1 litro d'acqua per una maggior efficacia) in una bottiglia con spray (esiste in vendita su Amazon anche la versione di prodotto + bottiglia spray ma io l'avevo già), ho spruzzato più volte sullo stesso punto facendo asciugare il prodotto prima di ripassarlo, anche se già dopo la prima passata l'odore non si sentiva più.Il prodotto ha un leggerissimo aroma di limone, molto piacevole, sebbene poi alla fine sparisce anche quello e non si avverte più nulla.Non l'ho provato sul tessuto, ma penso che funzioni anche lì se lo si usa immediatamente senza lasciar 'impregnare' il tessuto nella pipì per molto tempo.In conclusione, lo consiglio!
