Purchased this to replace the motor on my Kenmore series 100 electric dryer. Easy to install, runs quietly with a solid build. This is one of the cheaper motors but works very well. Fits perfectly without any adjustments to the plug or mounts.Product doesn’t come with any instructions but you can YouTube instructions if you need it.

This was a perfect replacement for the part #3395652, model S58NXMKE-6674 motor from my 1997 Whirlpool LGR8857E gas dryer. Shipping was fast and the motor was well packed in styrofoam inside two boxes. I attached photos of both the old and new motors side by side. The wiring harness is a perfect match. The amperage is slightly higher as my old one was 5.9 and this one 6.2. The installation went well after the nightmare of a job removing the old one. After watching a bunch of YouTube videos with lots of removal tricks, I finally had to cut the blower wheel off from the back with a multitool. Definitely buy a blower wheel. I advise opening the back just to clear lint from the exhaust. I also replaced roller wheels, cycling thermostat, fuse, and solenoids while I had it apart. The dryer is running great now. I sort of doubt I'll get another 27 years out of it with the new motor, but who knows?!

It works great! It fits perfectly! The electrical connector fits properly!We had a small flood and it rusted out my dryer motor. This new motor is a perfect fit (it pays to make sure you buy a replacement motor that's compatible) and my unit is purring like a kitten.It was a struggle to get the old motor out and it was no picnic getting the new one in, but I'm so happy it works properly and it was worth it.This unit is very affordable. Highly recommend.

Perfect fit and function!

I bought this for a Cabrio gas dryer model number WGD8500DC3. I was able i get it to work with the machine. I just had to alter the bracket that holds the motor in place. Whole think had to be shifted back about a half inch as the fan shaft is about a half inch longer than original.Other than that product works great.

Works fine exact fit for my Maytag

I had this motor for 1 month and it worked great for the time and was quiet. Then 3 days after warranty it goes bad. When I start my dryer it hums then won’t start. You have to manually turn it to start which is a sign the motor is going out and needs to be replaced. It’s great if it worked longer but it broke very quickly.

Works and sounds just like the original. Uses slightly more energy than the original motor, but gave me a chance to clean up the dryer. Easy installation and hopefully it works for another 10-20 years.
