This watch blew my expectations out of the water when it came to this product. I was expecting just your average simple watch for kids but its way more!! They can count their steps, play games, pictures, videos ect. The kids can change the wallpaper and theme of the watch as well. It's a wonderful watch, high quality and definitely worth the money!!

After two days of using the watch stopped working. BUT the customer service was great! They contacted me and made a quick delivery of a new one, which is working without any issues.

So I bought this for Christmas 2023 and by February it was completely unresponsive. No charging, no screen, no sound, nothing.I opened it which is pretty easy. No water damage. Everything inside looked brand new with no damage. So instead of writing a review, I decided to contact the seller for a replacement. Got no reply.So here is my review.Otherwise my daughter “loved” it.Update: They reached out to me and sent me a new updates watch, which was great. I’m giving 4 only because of the inconvenience. But they corrected their mistake with great customer service. Thank you

The media could not be loaded.  This kid's watch is surprisingly impressive for the price and it is totally worth it. It looks great on the wrist too. Has tons of features & I would highly recommend this watch in the budget category.My 2 cents below:Pros:- Watch looks very cute with a nice design- Screen is bright and responsive. No issues with this touch display screen as of now- Looks very nice on the wrist. Kudos to the design- Strap fits well and is comfortable in long usage too- Has tons of apps and features with cameras, funny puzzle games, a music player, pedometer, alarm clocks, flashlight, calculator & recorder, etc- It is a USB charger and hence has wide compatibility with powering method- Has an inbuilt rechargeable battery & provides good battery backup- Has a dedicated button for camera shutter operation. Overall buttons are clicky and responsive- Very reasonably priced for the features it offersCons:- Display screen definitely doesn't give a premium category look but can't expect more than this for the price it is listed for- Watch has larger bezels across the screen

The media could not be loaded.  This watch was delivered to me on February 24th. It’s now April 7th, that’s only about a month and a half or so. My son has used it every day, we’ve followed instructions completely since we opened the box. About a week ago it just completely turned off. It does not turn on AT ALL, just off with a black screen. I’ve reset it, charged it, I’ve done everything and it just DOESN’T WORK. I’m a penny pincher and I don’t spend my money on unnecessary stuff, but my son wanted this so bad so I caved in. I regret it now! Do not waste your money on a product that lasts only one month. I bought this because of the good reviews. I guess I was one of the unfortunate ones who received a dysfunctional watch. It does not give me an option to contact the seller on here and when I tried to reach out to Amazon customer service there’s nothing they can do. Again, do not waste your money. Other than that, if it would actually last long, it would be perfect for kiddos. My son did love it when it did work.Update April 14:The customer service of this seller is amazing. They saw my review and sent me an upgraded replacement watch for my son free of charge. It works great so far and I am grateful because they did not have to do that. Customer service 100000/10!

It’s was really worthy product. It’s Helping to learn pretend play, stories, rhymes, playing games and Alphabets activities. It’s useful for 4 year old boy. My son liked it

My daughter loved it until she put it on charge for the 2nd time and it didn't charge for her. She was very disappointed and upset with it which being 5 I would too. Don't buy if you want to use it more than 1x.Update; the company reached out to me feeling very sorry for the watch not working for the 2nd charge. They sent me another one free of charge to ensure my daughter has her watch and that it works. They sent not only the watch I ordered but one that is alittle more updated as well. The 2nd watch they sent works like a charm and my daughter absolutely loves it! I would recommend getting this and if there is a problem with the one they send just reach out and they will take care of you to ensure your happy with their products.

The watch itself is cute and includes all the things that I’m ok with my seven year old having. However, after turning the watch on for the first time/straight out of the box, it immediately died. I plugged it in using the USB-C charging cord that comes with the watch, left it plugged in over night and watch wouldn’t turn on. Fortunately, I had an extra USB-C laying around, used it and the watch powered right up.
