How many times a week and at night do i wash my face first ? does this come with strips?

Yeah I wash my face then leave a hot flannel on to open the pores then I’ve put it on my nose, chin, forehead. It comes with strips which are quite large which is why you can use on many parts of your face - not just limited to your nose. Use as frequently as you feel you need to. It’s not damaging to skin

How long does the effect last? / How long does it take for the pores to fill up again to the point that you need to use the product again?

That depends on your skin tone (oily, combo dry) and what kinds of tiger skin products you are using. Heavy creams and oils will most likely clog your pores faster, but everybody’s skin is different and will react differently.

Where can i get refil papers?

You can use cigarette rolling papers. That is essentially what the papers are. I bought some Zig Zag papers and they work perfectly. Gas stations and head shops sell them.

Is this supposed to be the consistency of caulk? That's how mine is - rather rubbery and gathered on to one side of the jar.

This product was combine normal mud mask and biore strips functions, compared with mud mask, this one have strong adsorption, but compared with nose strips, this can reach deep in your skin. The ingredients is aloe, which can deep cleansing, remove blackheads, and pore minimizer. But if the wearther is cood, it will become rubbery or even just curdled, but no worry, you can put the bottle into the warm water soak for a while before use. You know, do not judge a book by it's cover.
