There is a clear plastic insert that is held in place with velcro. It creates a protective barrier between lunch items and the interior of the lunchbag. The plastic insert is easily removable for cleaning and easy reinsertion. It makes cleaning this lunchbag nice and easy. There are several zipper compartments to hold extra items. The compartments are easily accessible and of ample size. I love everything about this lunchbag.

This lunchbag is great. It's well-made and very sturdy. The bag is a good size and fits ice packs, a big full lunch and several drinks.
