Due to being a slow metabolized of caffeine I have to be careful when shopping for green tea extract after having issues following ingestion of green tea extract that didn’t list any caffeine but had 50mg per capsule! That company said they aren’t required to even mention it contains that much, or any, as it’s a natural part of the extract. These give me I mild boost… and I know to only take in the mornings for zero sleep issues. Seems to be a very good product, if a little expensive. However, in this instance I believe knowing I’m getting a concentrated dose of all 5 of the green tea catechins offsets the price.

These came with a safety seal and all the caps intact. I love green tea but it's not always possible to get in multiple cups per day for the health effects. This is when these caps shine. They are easy to swallow, no weird smells or GI effects. They do provide a light energy lift from the small dose of caffeine so, if you are sensitive, take this earlier in the day so it will not disrupt sleep. Love that the only filler is rice flour! Seems well formulated and appreciate that it is vegan. At one cap daily this is a 3 month supply which helps explain the cost.

Ok, while I do like drinking green tea, there are times where I feel that I'm only drinking it for the health benefits and not the enjoyment of the taste. So, when a supplement comes along - I like to give it a shot as a replacement for drinking the actual beverage, especially in hot weather times of the year unless I'm splurging on an iced version out of a plastic bottle from somewhere. These pills are easy to take with no awkward after-taste.

Not much short of a cattle prod helps to wake me up and give energy. I am an 6+ cups a day coffee person if that gives you an idea; my daily intake of liquids pretty much comes from caffeinated beverages. Shortly after taking one capsule of this, in under an hour, I do notice a boost. It is not enough to get up and wash my car...but it is enough to get me out of bed. I do not get nausea or palpitations as I do with some green tea products. +1 for being made in the USA and not using chemical fillers. -1 for price, you could buy a lot of good quality matcha or green tea instead of this laboratory form of it.

I have been using green tea supplement for about a month without any issues. Green tea is a very potent antioxidant and I don't always have time to drink a glass or cup of tea so taking this supplement is very convenient.

I know that green tea is good for you, and recommended by many health professionals, but I just can't warm up to the taste of tea. This supplement makes it easy. Just a single capsule daily and I feel a bit better about my chances for long-term health. I am generally quite healthy, so I can't say that this product has noticeably turned my life around for the better, but I do feel better knowing that I'm getting some of the benefits of green tea.

I prefer to get my green tea in tablets, and get a daily dose for my health. This is the perfect solution. And while I usually take my vitamins after a meal, these you can take with or without food and still get the full benefit. You get a 3-month supply of easy-to-swallow tablets, and you have the assurance that you're doing something healthy. Even if you do enjoy drinking green tea, I think this is a better way of ensuring that you get the benefits, a win-win situation.

I love green tea and have been drinking it for 20 years now. Nothing makes me feel better. The issue is I get tired of the taste from time to time. To keep my feel good momentum going I’ll take a green tea supplement on the days I want to cut back. I’ve tried a bunch of green tea supplements in the past and this one is the best of all of them. The only issue is it is double the price or other brands I’ve been using. The pills are great and easy to swallow. They make me feel great and the best supplement I’ve had. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the price is so high I don’t know if it’s he slight increase in quality is worth the cost. If I ever see these on sale I’ll definitely buy but until then I’m sticking with my old version.
