Giraffe Tools Crossfalls Retractable Pressure Washer Max with 50FT Hose

Had an issue, but customer service resolved it for me. Great unit the retractable pressure washer hose is definitely worth the price jump from other models. The performance is definitely there. Foam cannon works great. Half the problem with pressure washers is the hose mess that comes with having three hoses (electric, low pressure, high pressure) this unit is fantastic because it attracts the high pressure hose and keeps it out of the sun underneath the unit. Plus, because the pool spot is low it doesn’t flip over the unit when pulling hard. Beware this unit does not come with the portable wheels and handle.

Great pressure washer

I wasn’t sure if this cover would fit my hose reel tho I had checked the size and it didn’t match the sizing but it does show in description it fits a Gutagge hose reel 130ft so I gave it a try. It fit perfectly. It’s not tight and not too loose. Looks just made for it. It’s a really thin material but doesn’t matter cause I just want to cover it from the sun and I’m sure it at least somewhat blocks it. The package it came in looked like it was used but didn’t look like it when I took the item out. I didn’t want to get a third party that fits universally because didn’t like a loose too big look. The hole on the cover for the attachment for the reel to the hose was perfectly aligned. Didn’t have any struggle with any adjusting. The backside has mesh type look which is awesome for ventilation. It’s not wrapped by a zipper. It’s wrapped by three velcro tabs. I know the color will fade when summer starts but it’s fine cause I really just want something to cover and lost importantly, the fitting. Again, this is for my Giraffe 130ft hose reel, just in case someone’s was like me a little confused which model is for.

Great product, no issues so far, hose retracts all the time

A little thinner than I thought but overall will get the job done to protect my hose reel from the elements. It was easy to install and overall decent quality. Your hose can still function with this cover on but I was hoping that it would cover the area the hose comes out of so these wrens stop building nests inside the reel! I'll most likely need to use black tape to create a seal until when not in use.

This is the best hose reel cover I’ve ever used! The fit is amazing—snug but easy to put on and take off. Living in Colorado, I know how quickly the sun, wind, and snow can cause outdoor items to fade and look worn. This cover has been on my hose reel for a full year, and it has done an excellent job protecting it from the elements. While there’s a little fading on the cover itself, it’s still in great condition and continues to keep my hose reel looking almost new. The material is UV-resistant, waterproof, and holds up beautifully through all seasons. I love that I don’t have to worry about my hose reel being exposed to harsh weather anymore, and will stand the test of time.

The pictures looks good. But the material is thin cheap cheap. Dollar store level. It will do the trick, that is to protect my reel from UV, but it is overpriced for what it is.

Giraffe 🦒 is the best brand, IMO. I’ve tried several. Yes, they’re similar, yet this one is more sturdy. If your hose reel gets a lot of sun, Giraffe makes a great hose reel cover. It will add life to your hose reel. Overall, good value- heavy duty— Im pleased (I own 2 of them)

We’re very happy with it overall but the gasket on the spray nozzle is poor quality so the head leaks when the water is on. Should be an easy fix if we replacement the gasket.
