So I usually have low vitamin D levels. Just by taking a bottle of this, I have normal Vitamin D levels. The ingredients are pure-tasting; I put olive oil under my tongue for about 30 seconds. The texture is like a nice oil, and the taste is like olive oil. Very easy to use. I have not had any side effects from this supplement, aside from increased energy. I was consistently using 5 drops per day of this Vitamin D. I had my blood tested and my Vitamin D levels were in the 80's. Then I did an experiment and stopped using it for about 6 months. Retested my Vitamin D and it was in the 30's. Suffice to say, I will resume using this product (5 drops per day) to get my Vitamin D levels back up. On another note, I love the simplicity and price of this product. And also how you can easily adjust the amount of Vitamin D you wish to take. I have given 2 dropperfuls to my son for a couple of days straight to avoid a trip to the hospital for an asthma flare up. It is a really great product and I always have it available.

I’ve suffered from low vitamin D for nearly two decades. My lab from December 2025 was 28 I purchased this supplement in the beginning of Jan. My lab from 1week ago is 50! I took the recommended dose 2x’s/day. I’m now taking a maintenance dose 1x/day. IT WORKS!!
