I bought this for use on holidays, and while it does work it doesn't hold a full charge just a few months into using it. After charging overnight the display shows 100%. After charging one mobile it drops to 80%, about right for the size of battery. But after charging another device (a small torch), it drops to 40%. The next time I go to use it, it's at 0%.It does work, but it clearly does not hold a full charge and the display cannot be relied on accuracy. I have another power bank, slightly less in size but significantly more reliable to hold a full charge. I'm not sure if the one I have is a dud or if this is indicative of the brand, but I'd look elsewhere for my power needs next time.

On product name and pics and what I have actually recieved it's say 36000 and it says on the product 27000mah . Not very happy bout that . Other than that it works but I was expecting the capacity to be as advertised.

The power is long lasting and Ideal for what I want, just to note that it would be too bulky to keep in your pocket for any length of time, alright if kept in a bag already to plug into your mobile device when your battery is going down, very handy having the light built in too, all said a Really Handy Gadget to have if your using your mobile device regularly out and about, I highly recommend this.

Power bank is not too big as some seemed to be. It charges phones quickly and is easy to recharge itself. Very reassuring to have it as we are prone to powercuts

I regret buying this instead of the juice powerbank which was my original intention. It seemed good and flashy with the torch and LED charge percentage reader. But that's all it was - flashy. And this pointless additions are a deceptive compensation for the lack of quality in the product. After a week one usb port fell out of place so I couldn't use it and now after accidently dropping it from a non significant height the whole thing has cracked open. The juice powerbanks are of far greater quality and durability. I do not recommend wasting your money on this one.

Bought for my son to take on holiday. He was very pleased that the item charges his phone and other gadgets faster, it’s also good to know the percentage of battery remaining. The touch is another good part if needed. Highly recommended. Will be buying another one.

I have so far charged my iPhone for times using a single charge. I can now go out with confidence that my phone won't run out of charge.Only down size is its weight! I think that is a small price to pay for the quality of the product.

Firstly, the battery capacity I received was 27,000mAh and not 36,800mAh, so you might want to check your product when you receive it.With regard to its charging ability, I've got an iPhone XS Max and was only able to charge it 4 and a half times... which is pretty disappointing, to be honest.However, the charger works so that is why it gets 2 stars.
