Larger than I expected.
Great quality. Was what I needed to attach to a sling pack. Slightly larger than what I expected but it allows you to pack alittle more. Cover strap was alittle hard (maybe longer would be better) to close over a tourniquet but functional in the end.

Not for On Person EDC but good for a patrol
Size is bigger than most EDC-type but these seem sturdy and will work for a patrol or other hike or vehicle. I like that the Molle straps are retained - the metal snap is bigger than the plastic top buckle so no chance of losing a strap. IMO price is excellent for what you are getting. I fit 7.5" shears, CAT-TQ, Sharpie marker and LED penlight on the exterior. Inside is HyFin dble chest seals, Israeli T3 bandage, NAR packing gauze, 2Xpair rolled gloves, mylar blanket and small cake gel tube (for diabetic's emergency). I have put together over a dozen of these kits for a church security team I manage. After folks see them they ask me to get them one for their personal use. I'm not a fan of the red pull-to-open quick strap. It will wear on the zippers if used and leaves the very top of the kit open to intrusion, so I just stuff the strap inside and forget about it. I also suggest flash burning the zipper cords as the are slick and may un-tie. Just hit them with a lighter for a couple seconds to set the knots.

Surprisingly small, tight to get anything in after the TQ pocket is filled
It is compact, but the TQ pocket seems to cram the main pouch. Put an Israeli compression bandage in and there is almost no space left for anything else. Shears can go in the TQ pocket with the TQ.It’s OK for a small IFAK

Narrow design is ideal for saving space on a belt
"Real estate" on a belt is a very limited thing, so a pouch that is narrow, yet large enough to do the job is a very good thing. The materials and construction are good - nothing special, and what you would expect to find in this price range. It will do the job, and that's what really matters. If it is not grossly abused, it should hold up very well. The design is what makes it though - it takes up little space on a belt, and the external tourniquet pouch makes it work all that much better.

Exactly what I was looking for.
Former military and current first responder and my wife is a trauma nurse. We've always had some first aid kits (boo boo kits) in our vehicles with things like band aids, tape, pain killers, Neosporin; but nothing that would save your life in a pinch. So we recently decided to build some small trauma kits to keep in our vehicles that we could quickly grab in an emergency or toss in a bag for hikes.I was able to get 2 chem lights, a nasopharyngeal kit, 4 small and 4 XL gloves rolled into 2 pairs, 2 rolls of packing gauze, 2 vented chest seals, an Israeli bandage, 2 bleed stops, trauma shears, and a TQ. The only thing I would've like to add but wouldn't fit was an aluminum splint but overall we are extremely happy with these bags.I was able to find most things in 2 packs. The chem lights, gauze, and gloves were most cost effective in large boxes so I have plenty of those on a shelf now and I already had the TQ's. But all-in-all the entire order cost me about $70, putting each bag costing around $35. Much cheaper than buying a prefilled trauma kit or IFAK.

Seems to be of decent construction so far, but it's much smaller than expected.
I got this to keep a readily available small first aid kit on my day pack. I was surprised by how little it actually holds. In fact, with two windlass style tourniquets, it's pretty much full without anything else added. If you have a stat trauma pack, not even the two tourniquets will fit.I'd hoped to be able store the contents of a small first aid kit I picked up a while back, and even with as little as what was in that kit, I can't fit all of it in this pack.Do yourself a favor and get a larger pack. Something you can store some gauze in, as not even a single roll will fit in this one if you have literally anything else in it.

Perfect for a minimalist IFAK.
I didn't want a huge honkin' IFAK with 200 bells and whistles. This one stores 2 Israeli pressure dressings, a tourniquet, and Rapid Seal wound gel. Perfect for a basic IFAK.

Good product
Nice product, but.not really for wearing in vest sticks out too far, had to replace with another product. Th8s would be great to put on a tactical bag or to be used as a vehicle ifak.

Good IFAK pouch
I bought this to replace my IFAK I've been using for years to free up more space on my rig. I will have to update my review after putting it to use over the years. So far, I have no real complaints. This pouch is a good bang for the buck for what it needs to carry and do.Pros:-Affordable-Holds everything my previous IFAK had in it such as dressings, combat gauze, triangular bandage, bandages, tourniquet etc etc...-Multicam looks like multicam-Red cross patch is not sewn on so you can swap it out for a different color.Cons:-I wish the pouch came with a black cross instead of red or have the option to select the black cross when purchasing a camo variant. If you aren't using the IFAK for tactical purposes in the field, this isn't a big deal.-This might not be for every pouch, maybe just the one I received however the zippers seems like they move too easily. It would be a pain if the zippers came undone while bushwacking or getting caught on something from the prone. All in all, I am happy with the pouch and the quality of it for how much I've paid. I will definitely buy another if it holds up after a year or so (I don't see why it wouldn't though). It also looks good so that's a bonus.

Decent quality pouch.
Good attachable Molly pouch. A bit large for my EDC but will do for my vehicle IFAK. I was hoping it was a little smaller but the description is accurate so that’s my oversight. Delivery was fast and packaged well.
