Do these work for spinning?

Well obviously they dont spin, but if you mean casting out and slow retrieve, yes they do. They dont have a huge weight to them but its enough to cast out a ways. Quite a realistic tail waggle on them, I use them with a boom fishing for bass, pollack and cod, for which they work very well.

Do you get the spare bodys with them

No only what you see in the photo. They are good lures with a good action and they cast well.

What do they weigh in grams?

I thought they were going to be too light but they cast and sink well, great action. The description does say 18.5g but im sure they're a little heavier than that
