Great Cover
Loved this tank cover. Easy to place and can be adjusted to fit tightly on so that the wind does not blow it away. Great purchase.

Excellent Fit
I purchased an 8ft stock tank from Tractor Supply and based on reviews this cover should fit perfect. When it arrived the installation was extremely easy and the adjustment of the strap to secure the cover made a tight fit to prevent the wind or anything from lifting it off the pool. It has helped with the yard debris that is being floated in the air while neighbors and myself cut grass which has helped with the maintenance. I would highly recommend this cover for your stock tank needs.

Cover
I like the cover a lot, however, I feel like the water is actually colder than I would have preferred. I need to test it out some more, but I like the water to feel a little warmer, kind of like river water warm but this is a bit cold, especially at night!

Lasted a few weeks - Don't bother
I bought this cover as a temporary cover for my stock tank pool until my "hot tub style" custom cover was made and delivered. The price is low and you get what you pay for. The string to tighten broke on the second use. The seams leak water on to the top of the cover so you have standing water at all times. The straps and clips broke right away. Fortunately, my cover arrived the day the last strap connection broke. Buyer beware.

Hard to put on - needs multiple people
Took 3 adults to put this on. We had to put something in the middle of the pool to “tent” up the middle so it wouldn’t get weighed down with water so much - even bought some cover weights filled with water to hang off the sides - but I still had to pump the water out several times over the spring/fall/winter. I wasn’t expecting this to keep all water out, per se, so maybe my 3 star rating is a high 3?

Better than expected.
Have a 5'5" galvanized round stock tank for swimming pool and needed a cover to keep leaves, etc out. Ordered the 5 to 6 ft. round cover. Perfect. Love the crank to tighten it down.
