Not recommended product
Suggest not buy this product, it’s of very poor quality. Also they are fooling ppl by mentioning 5 years of warranty but they do not repair anything saying the part which is not working is not covered in warranty. Really making fool of customers.

Excellent fan
Looks good. Nice breeze. Works well with Alexa. Has a remote. Light too. Not silent but not too noisy. Quiet on lower speeds. Great step up from the old ceiling fan. Crompton quality. Not cheap but I think worth it.

No return request as not suits ; No support from Amazon on return
No return as this fan not suitable for my home false ceiling having glass type of design. Never buy from this Buyer; even Amazon can not do anything about return of fan; I request never 👎 buy from this Buyer and amazon also not supported for return as its not suitable for Glass false ceiling for my home

1 I received these fan in good packing and fast delivery so thanks for Amazon 2 I call to local Crompton service centre but no response for installation. 3 when I call tu local mechanic and install both are fans ceiling fans installation very hard and mechanic charge Rs700 on ceiling fan . 4 cealing fan good looking but LED light very heavy I think not useful in the room. 5 remote control very poor quality.
