Aker Fassi Moroccan Clay Pot Lip Stain and Cheek Tint - Natural Long Lasting Lipstick for Women - Authentic Morocco Clay Pot Blush

If you want a very pigmented orange/red stain, then this is for you. A little different application than most lip stains but using a small make up brush to add a drop of water to the tint pot and then painting onto the lips works perfect.

The top lip was applied with a wet finger the bottom with a lip brush. Very sheer and natural but not far from my natural lip color. Looks like blood when wet. On the rim of the pot and smaller inside “pick ups” those are single passes. The bigger darker pick up is with an oil and inside that was with water and a brush. Conclusion: there is very little product on the pottery as the only double pick up was on the larger area of discoloration. The color payout is minimal and spotty and after a few minutes it looks like I have a bloody lip. Tried it as a cheek stain and the was some blushing but when I went to take the pic it was already gone. Such a pretty color though too bad You can see it to enjoy.

Now that I've tried it, I can say I like it, though I don't quite *love* it yet. My main challenge has been the application. The product didn't come with clear instructions, and I'm still figuring out the best way to apply it without staining my fingertips. I imagine it will take a bit more practice to get a precise and clean application consistently. However, I'm genuinely impressed with the shade of the dark stain – it works exceptionally well with my complexion, providing a natural and flattering look. The color payoff is lovely, and I'm hopeful that with more practice, I'll fully embrace this unique product."

Beautiful color with a bit of a learning curve. I use a moist cotton swab with rose water for application but can't seem to get it applied to my top lip very well. Maybe my texture, but strange. Let dry to avoid transferring to teeth. Doesn't stain lips for long. You'll need to remove from lip corners and reapply after eating/drinking.

The product itself is very unique looking and comes in a nice gold bag however, the quality itself is quite bad. I followed the instructions as to not add water directly onto the pot but one brush stroke and all the pigment was gone from that area. Looks as though you would get 2-3 applications max from the thin layer of color. Once you apply it dries very quickly but it takes multiple layers to achieve a good color. Doesn’t seem to be heavily pigmented. Then after you are done, the color bleeds into your mouth and your white teeth begin to quickly look red. As soon as I went to rise my mouth to get the color off my teeth, it all came off my lips. There was no staining, my lips went back to looking normal. Would not recommend anyone buying this product.
