**Q: About how long does the matcha keep for once the packet is opened?**
A: Culinary grade matcha: I am coming to the end of my first packet, delivered about ten weeks ago,  and am about to order another. I have been careful about resealing the packet after each use and keep it in the refrigerator. The remaining content still seems fine. No idea how much longer it would keep, but my experience suggests it can be kept for at least several months after opening if carefully stored.

**Q: Is culinary grade matcha okay to make matcha latte with or would premium grade be better for this?**
A: Hi there. For me any type of matcha you can make matcha latte as I love my matcha latte I find way to make it for using any type of matcha really. I bought this look like whisk but small made of bamboo that the Japanese use this one to make the matcha fine and smooth texture of matcha rather than lumpy. Mix with a little amount of hot water first and used that bamboo whisk then if its fine texture then add hot milk you preferred or frothy the milk then that's it you have your home made matcha latte. Hope this help.
