My husband installed it, said it took him 4 days to install but then he was doing it on his own. Said he would have preferred a warm light instead of the cool flourescent glow, personal preference. Remote control is a real value for me as one gets older it will be easier to manage the dryer. Definitely a big recommend. I wish we have a larger room for extra extension bars available.

**Q: Please may I have a technical drawing of the foxy dry 120 to see where the ceiling fixings are? Many thanks**
A: Try online but if it helps, the holes are 1500 mm from left side to right side, and 150 mm from between the front and back holes. The item comes with a cardboard template with holes in it for marking the ceiling before installing.

**Q: Does the dryer blow hot and cold air?**
A: No, the fans mix the ambient air and help drying, Foxydry

**Q: Recently installed. My foxy dry doesn’t seem to be going up to the top recently. Seems to automatically stop about 3 inches too soon. Any ideas?**
A: hi not had that happen i would drop it down all the way and see if the cables have got caught up put a bit of light pressure on each end and see  if there is any slack

**Q: The multi-lingual instructions have pictures but please tell us the size of the drill bit (diameter of bolt hole) to go in the ceiling and power in KW**
A: Cannot remember the drill bit size, but you just need to use one the same size as the plug bolt that you are going to put in the hole, tighter the better. That is if your ceiling is solid concrete and you are using a SDS Drill, ordinary drills are not good for solid concrete. Also you may need more or bigger washers to get the right tight secure hold needed. If your  ceiling is not solid concrete you will need to change the attachments completely.

A brilliant item to have in your utility room, have it! First time I used it today and works like a dream. My husband installed it, said it took him 4 days to install but then he was doing it on his own. Said he would have preferred a warm light instead of the cool flourescent glow, personal preference. Remote control is a real value for me as one gets older it will be easier to manage the dryer. Definitely a big recommend. I wish we have a larger room for extra extension bars available.

Great product and outstanding customer service: unit showed a fault after 18 months and after initially replacing the remote (which didn’t resolve the issue) Foxydry substituted with an up to date model.
