You need these brackets more than you think
I literally couldn’t mount my lights without some of these if you get somewhat cheap lights but still give off the same light as almost all of them these brackets are literally a life saver and still don’t amount to even a quarter of the cost of rigids for example

They work
I had hit a deer with my truck and it broke the plastic ones that came with the light bar, so I got these. They worked great, mounted the light as they're supposed to...but then I hit another deer. This time the brackets didn't break, but they pulled the hardware right through the bumper. Light bar and brackets took a vacation from my truck for a few days till the snow melted, then I found them all still attached, but smashed, in the ditch. I'm a little afraid to reattach the light bar as it seems to be some sort of deer attractant. Will remount next hunting season

Solid and Simple Solution...
The mounting system consists of two sets of 90° angle mounts. They can be used independently, or joined together for mounting and positioning, depending on your light bar. For my application I used the two longer pieces to attach to an existing adjustable mounting block. The hardware that came with the kit fit my Light Bar perfectly and the mounting screws threaded into the block with no problem. I used lock washers to ensure that the light bar would remain in the position I chose for the best lighting effect after mounting it to my truck. It was simple to mount using the pieces provided in the kit. My only concern is that the paint on the mounting pieces scratched pretty easy. I touched up with some flat black paint after installing and hopefully corrosion will not become a problem. I gave the kit 4 stars because of how easily the pieces scratched.
