I've owned it since June 2025, and it has been outside through rain, snow, freezing temperatures, and summer heat without any issues. It still looks just as good as the day I bought it.The build quality is excellent, and it feels very sturdy. My favorite feature is the pull-out bottom tray. After sitting outside all winter with a trash bag still inside, it definitely needed a good cleaning, but I simply pulled the tray out, hosed everything down, and it cleaned up quickly and easily. It still looked like the day I bought it.Changing the trash bag is also simple thanks to the removable lid. It's one of those products that's thoughtfully designed and makes a messy job much easier. This is exactly what I was looking for in an outdoor trash can. Durable, easy to clean, and built to last. I'd definitely buy it again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality outdoor trash can. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Updated version of the trash can are excellent *by on Reviewed in the United States June 16, 2026* Update: 7/24/26 - East Oak reached out and offered to send the newer version of the trash cans as they had already addressed my complaints in their newer version.- Assembly of the newer version went much more quickly, and the instructions are more clear.- Bag retention was redesigned and is much improved.- Built in labels are a huge help. We were constantly having people put trash in recycling and vice versa with the older version.- Color fading was said to be improved, but will need to gauge after a few months in the sun.Overall, I would highly recommend the updated version w/labels. We have one on our patio and one by the pool and are very happy with them.‐----‐-----------------‐------------------------Purchased two 76 gallon trash cans in July 2025. I like the look, but as other reviewers have noted we cannot get trash bags to stay in place in the can. We use extra large bags so there is no weight pulling on the bags and still struggle to keep them from falling in on themselves. Looking back now it seems the company revised the trash can to resolve this and to add labels which would be super helpful. We had purchased stickers as labels for trash/recycle, but nothing sticks to the can. We may try a new version after this summer. I've also noticed after 3 months of summer use, the cans do fade quite a bit. We used ours from July-October before putting away for winter. I added a pic showing the color difference with the lid up. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Patio Trash Can *by on Reviewed in the United States November 18, 2024* I recently purchased this outdoor trash can for my patio, and I couldn’t be more pleased with it! It’s exactly what I needed to keep my outdoor space tidy without compromising on style or durability. This trash can has a sleek, modern design that looks great next to my patio furniture. It blends in well with the outdoor aesthetic—nothing too bulky or unattractive. The matte finish is a nice touch; it’s easy to wipe clean and resists fingerprints and smudges. The lid fits securely, keeping everything inside discreet and out of sight, which is exactly what I wanted. It’s not too large or too small, making it the perfect size for regular outdoor use like BBQs or family gatherings. The quality of this trash can really stands out. It’s made from weather-resistant material, which has held up beautifully in both rain and sun exposure. I’ve had it for a few months now, and there are no signs of rust, fading, or warping. The lid stays in place even on windy days, which was a big concern for me before buying it. The sturdy build and heavy-duty plastic make me confident this can will last through many seasons. This trash can has a generous capacity, which is ideal for patio parties and everyday use. It holds a lot more than I expected, so I don’t have to empty it as frequently. The size is perfect for keeping the patio area clean without being too overwhelming or taking up too much space. It’s also easy to fit standard trash bags inside, and the opening is wide enough for everything from food wrappers to drink cups. The lid design is fantastic. It has a swing top that’s easy to open and close. It also prevents pests from getting into the trash, which I’ve had problems with in the past with cheaper outdoor cans. I love how hassle-free it is to use.I’m so happy with this outdoor trash can! It’s stylish, durable, and functional—everything you’d want in an outdoor waste bin. It’s made cleaning up after outdoor events or everyday use much easier, and it definitely keeps my patio looking neat and tidy. If you're looking for a reliable and aesthetically pleasing trash can for your outdoor space, I highly recommend this one.
