Just awesome! SOOOOOOO comfortable compared with almost all the other neck braces I have had. Definitely worth the money, I've usually kept to the sub £20 market but as my condition progresses I need more comfort and better support. It holds my neck well even thought I lean to one side (I normally wreck adjustable braces because of this). Although no part of the brace comes up over the jaw lateral support is excellent. Padding is amazingly comfy and removable for cleaning. My only very tiny issue is the back of the brace does sit on the back of the skull just above the neck which is uncomfortable for me but repositioning the neck pad up a bit does help. I'm going to add a little extra padding to see if that makes a difference, this is more down to my condition meaning I'm very sensitive to pressure directly on my body (EDS caused cervical instability, means a brace is a must). All in all it's the best brace I've owned which goes to show you get what you pay for. Size wise you can adjust the height, velcro allows a tighter or looser fit and the chin angle is adjustable too. Honestly, when you find the right brace it's like Christmas, birthday and new year rolled into one!The seller is also an absolute pleasure to deal with.

With very bad arthritis in neck my neck muscles degenerating pain excruciating this does help me better than one of them stupid sponge ones one thing is it need to go down 1 more click so my head is looking down more other than that 5 stars

I bought this because it looked, while kinda ridiculous, exactly what I needed.What I got was a cheap, creaking, flimsy thing that I am shocked to find is still listed here as when I try to return it (btw, you can't just return it, you have to go through a song and dance to do so) but I was given a refund, and because I'd described this as being 'dangerous' (as a medical person, I seemed to use enough of the right medical terminology that my refund was very fast) and that they would be doing an investigation as this could be a "danger to the health of our customers."So far, this has not been removed.Goes to show how important the health of their customers means to those that benefit from those that profit from the sale of this

Unable to make this work for me. The lever on the front far to small and difficult to adjust to get any decompression effect.Be warned. The item is listed as not refundable with Amazon, so they won’t intervene or assist with any refund process. Regardless, the retailer did agree to refund after emailing them directly. Needs to be done within 14 days of purchase.

bought this product for my dad, who was looking for a high quality medical neck collar after his spinal surgery. At first did not think this would be any good given the medical collars which are available on the NHS and specialist clincs. This however does the trick as it supports his head via the chin, keeps it aligned and reduces stress on the back of the neck and spine. its fully adjustable with velcro straps and comes in two halves which strap together for comfort.
