I haven’t had these in years. I used to buy them all the time on my way back from Mexico and could never find them. I thought they would be stale but they were still crunchy. Throw some lime and salt and chilito and it’s a delicious snack.

Don't buy this. They arrived RANCID and SOFT. You can move the legs and heads ans pull out the soft insides. You can squish them to make tbe insides BUBBLE. The bag says REFRIGERATE AFTER OPENING, which is NEVER a requirement for food that is DRIED, after the bag takes 2 weeks to ship and has NO moisture packet. I was delivered a bag of dead and rotting soft bugs. Nothing dry, nothing crispy.

Muy ricos, tiene el toque exacto de sal, frescos al saborearlos. Recomendación: consumirlos lo más pronto posible ya que si se conservan ya abiertos cambia su sabor

Están bien ricos se los recomiendo higualitos alos que yo cosinaba. They were so good! I really recommend the Chapulines!

The lime juice injected inside the grasshopper tastes highly bitter (and artificial/gross). I had the bag with me on a long car ride and got food poisoning from eating the chapulines on the way home. The bag must be refrigerated after opening, so the manufacturer is not at fault, but I had bought other brands in the past and they did not require refrigeration.
