Fantastic little phone for my 80 yr old Mum. Easy to set up, easy to use and nice looking too….chose the red one so she can see it in her handbag. Was skeptical but it’s great… would defo recommend this phone

Lovely little phone easy to use, but the instructions were so small had to use a magnifier, it's very loud for the hard of hearing.

Bought this for my 85 year old Mam as an alternative to a smart phone as she could use. Really good phone, does the job, Big buttons and numbers so she can see easily. Worked first time when switching on. Easy to use and text. Texting is old school so take a while but for the cost can't go wrong. Been using for last 6 months and still going strong. Ideal for older person who just doesnt want a smart phone.

Phone charger not working cant charge phone

I thought this phone was very user friendly and I particularly liked the unmissable alerts on the outside for missed calls and messages. Unfortunately after a few months it developed a fatal fault. When a message was received the phone switched off after ringing for a fraction of a second. I was able to retrieve the message but if I was not present when the message was received I had no knowledge that the phone was switched off. I had an identical phone before which developed the same problem. I thought it was a fault with the phone so purchased another of the same model. I now realise that it must be a design fault and unfortunately it renders the phone useless

Bought one for my mum, she's 97 the big buttons are easy for her to use and it's very easy to operate

Bought this to replace an old phone of my husband's! He's no technophobe so this suits him fine. Put in his old SIM card and that was him up and running! Highly recommend. Nice small size but easy to read the text!
