Works well and pretty easy install if you have the right tools.
It could definitely use some instructions to go with it. I do this kind of work so it wasn't too bad. I highly recommend getting a new bolt kit with it.

Fairly easy install and seems very robust
Just took a 650 mile trip and noticed improved ride quality. Most bumps were felt on my truck but noticeably less perceptible in the trailer. A slight more give with swaying because they add cushion but i was still comfortable with passing trucks or other large vehicles and wind was about the same feeling as before. Articles inside were less disturbed and I feel the strain on trailer construction is mitigated some. I recommend highly to anyone to upgrade your TT suspension because stock is soooooo harsh and unforgiving
