I have been using this product for over a month. I have found they are very beneficial to a restful sleep. I have also found my skin is clear and I have less bloating. My legs also don't sell as much. The product stays in place and doesn't have a nasty smell in the morning. I also like that the adhesive doesn't leave residue on my skin and is easily washed off. I moved to this product because of the low price and due to the beneficial results, will continue to use them.

I've been using this product for 3 days so far and this is the result. I have small feet and the pads fit securely without coming off in the middle of the night. I also use the detox pads instead of taken ibuprofen. I wake up refreshed and in no pain.Make sure u wear socks if u can. The pads can mess up bed sheets with the goo from the pads. Your feet will be sticky until u wash the bottom of your feet. Lastly, u will sleep deeply and have vivid dreams. Other than all that, this product works wonderfully.

I have been experiencing a lot of swollen feet and insomnia lately and am desperately trying to find something that will help. So I know the feet are gateways to our organs and that feet have lots of nerves etc that relate to the rest of our body. These were on sale and I thought what the heck. I have used them 2 nights in a row. Is it a coincidence that my feet have stopped swelling as much? Is it a coincidence that I was able to get sleepy before 2 am last night? Maybe but I do feel better than I did is it placebo effect? Who knows but I have found some relief and that is what counts right? I will be using these every night for at least a week and will check back in here to give an update. So far my opinion is that they are helping.Update...these have indeed helped with swelling and pain in my feet. Also they stick extremely well if you have dry feet. If feet are damp they don't stick well. I have enjoyed using these every other night. I wash my feet well, dry and put one pad on each foot right before bed. I do sleep well and my feet are less swollen in the mornings. They are a bit expensive you only get 2 sets of five pads not 10 sets. I thought it was a lot more. But still am glad I got these. They have been helpful.

Compere to the other two brands that I used so far, this one is the best foot pads: easy to use, price and positive outcomes. Quality of sleeping improved after first night, it was more deep as usually. Also, the level of energy after 2-3 times of use it improved as well. I would recommend it to try, 7 $ is not a big money to spend for it.

It does pull toxins out, but the pad leaves a very sticky residue when you remove the pad.No instructions on how they should be worn.

These are the best foot pads I have used and I have used several. I like the way they fit and pull off.

This product is activated by the heat being against the bottom of your feet. So the goo you see is not a cleanser. Save you money.

I love how easy they are to apply. I use them on my feet. I like how they actually stop the tightness, tingling, and my feet don't hurt when I get up in the morning. I will be buying more..
