3 stars from me, 100 stars from my daughter. It's poorly made, but she loves it.The satin trim isn't finished so it frays easily, and the elastic twists inside the waistband. The tule is cheap, really more like fine netting so it snags easily. And, as other reviewers have said, each colour piece is separate, so she needs leggings or tights with it.HOWEVER - for all its flaws, it was my daughter's favourite 3rd birthday present - she doesn't see the flaws, just a magical fairy rainbow skirt. She wants to wear it a lot. I think it is available cheaper from other sellers so I may order another one for when this one wears out (which will be soon). I ordered from this seller initially to ensure it came in time for the birthday, as other sellers seem to ship slowly.Basically, it's a dressing up thing, not real clothes.Re. fit - as others have said, it is small. My skinny just-turned 3 year old has the size medium. It fits nicely, but she couldn't be much bigger in it.

Seen this skirt selling at a market for £12 so well worth buying on lineafter reading other reviews I knew the different colour pieces are NOT sewed together but I dont think it mattersI brought a large to fit my 5 year old

Was a bit dubious after reading other reviews but I think it's amazing! Really vibrant colours. Other reviewers are correct in that it is coloured panels of material attached to the waistband, so best to wear leggings or cycling shorts underneath.My daughter is a tall 4 year old so got biggest size, fits perfectly, not tight and would last a couple more years.

Bought as a surprise for my daughters bday. She's rainbow dash & unicorn obsessed so with the unicorn tshirt she was delighted. It's gorgeous vivid colours and each panel is separate but not obvious. She was a hit at her bday party. Bought a large & she's a small 6 year old wearing size 5 clothes normally

After reading reviews I decided to purchase a large for an average size 7/8 year old. It is slightly smaller than I expected however, it does fit and looks fantastic. Bought for a photo shoot and the colours are fantastic. Loved by a my little pony fanatic!Definitely advise to check size chart and buy bigger.
