Our group acquired an orbital shaker for use in a cold environment, and its performance is comparable to that of high-end shakers. This device is characterized by its ease of control, quiet operation, smoothness, and exceptional reliability, making it an ideal choice for extended use, such as overnight running. In addition to its exceptional price and quality, the customer service provided by the manufacturer was truly remarkable. After over two years of heavy use in a challenging environment, I found myself in need of a replacement drive belt for the product. Despite the availability of numerous manufacturers producing orbital shakers with varying drive belt sizes, I encountered significant difficulties in locating the appropriate drive belt for the shaker we had purchased few years ago. Upon requesting a replacement shaker, I inquired with ONILAB customer service about the possibility of purchasing a drive belt for the existing shaker. I received an email from the customer service personnel the following day and received two additional drive belts a few days later. (Thank you, Selina!) I strongly recommend this product for those seeking an affordable yet dependable orbital shaker with robust customer support.

I have used several ONiLAB products, including a vortex mixer, a large orbital shaker, and mini centrifuges, and my experience has been consistently positive since 2022. The equipment is reliable and performs well, with no issues to date. Most notably, ONiLAB’s customer service is highly responsive, and their after-sales support reflects a strong commitment to standing behind their products. I look forward to trying additional ONiLAB products in the future and would highly recommend them.

This is a fairly run of the mill linear shaker for use in a laboratory environment. The device worked as described for the small amount of time I've had it in use, but given how these shakers are used in a lab, I haven't had time to put it through any real trials. I found the build quality to be adequate, it's not flimsy and cheap feeling, but it also doesn't scream quality. It is on par with it's price point. The device is not really compact or small, it takes up quite a bit of bench space, but that may be required given the weight capacity. In either case, if I needed another lab shaker I would consider buying this in the future.

Very solid orbital shaker for the lab. Works well and easy to use. Great support from seller. Had problem when my unit stopped working due to belt breaking but the seller was very responsive and sent replacement belts which were easy to install. Definitely value priced for sturdy shaker.

Excellent product and works exactly as described. The tie down straps are great for securing the payload and the variable speeds are very useful.

Seems to work well, very silent. I wish the minimum was slower though.
