So far so good, so I got the small one not realised but honestly still works well. I’m on hour 3 with it on full wack had it on my back and it’s amazing, the strap has a lot of give it sit comfortably put this over clothes not on your skin I swear you will feel it

Decent item, but with a 3h timer setting, I would expect the battery to last for that long. It lasts for less than 45 minutes, using the blue temperature intensity (lowest: green, then blue, orange, with red being the highest). It wraps around my lower back well and I have even used for my shoulder blade. It also takes a long time to charge, even on a fast charger.A display of the settings would be nice.

Only flaw is that I wish it lasted longer! I use it for my time of month mainly, and it’s been a lifesaver, especially with the vibration feature. Heat helps but as I have bad pain associated with my periods, massaging my stomach and moving around (a lot!!) is what I’ve to normally do, this allows me to remain somewhat still as it does the work for me.My partner loves the heating function, and finds it could be hotter but that’s preference as I find the heat at its highest to be too much at times!Again, only flaw is that I wished it didn’t need to be charged as often and it lasted longer.
