I live in Idaho not far from where this comes from. When coming or going that direction I always stop and eat there at his restaurant, I decided to buy a container of his seasoning while I was there, and now I'm hooked on it!! I LOVE this stuff! I season just about everything with it. It's great on my homemade fried potatoes for breakfast, on burgers, steaks, etc. etc.So, now he's selling it here on Amazon, so much more convenient to purchase here.

I went to Yellowstone with a buddy that lives in Boise about 6 years ago, and on the drive back to Boise, we stopped at Pickles in Arco. Had this seasoning that they make at the restaurant on my meal, and immediately bought 2 bottles to take home. Have been ordering from the Idaho Potato Museum every few months since that trip, the only place I could find it online. We use it on pretty much every meal, and it adds so much flavor. I was so happy to see it is finally here to buy, in much larger bottles than their normal 7oz ones, and with free shipping! If I could subscribe and save, I would. Hopefully they do that soon. You will not regret getting this seasoning!They also have a hot version available if you like that kind of thing. I cant do hot, so this one is very nice for me.

We started buying this product when we traveled through Arco, Idaho and ate at Pickle's Place Restaurant. I am glad Amazon has this since I doubt we will be driving through Arco in the future. We love the seasoning.

When you visit "Pickles Place" in Arco, Idaho, you won't be disappointed with the menu. They serve good quality food, lots of pickles and this seasoning work their magic. Yum! Best Pickle Burger ever!

I discovered this seasoning in 2015 while visiting Boise, Idaho. It's been my #1 go to ever since. For ribs, I like Zane's Redneck just a bit more. It has that perfect extra spicy which I like. But the yellow label on ribs is amazing too. This seasoning is simply incredible on roasts, in soups, on every kind of meat including fish, casseroles and is an absolute must for omelets. I've tried many seasonings over these 50+ years of BBQ enjoyment, and many of them have been excellent. But as I stated in the headline, this one's the best! Man, what a fortunate find! Hope you try it and love it as much as I do!
