Mold would be unlikely but if you are concerned that your regular cleaning is not working, you can try washing on hot and let it dry thoroughly before using. It's not recommended to wash on hot regularly as the fabric is delicate. If you are wet wrapping frequently, it is recommended to have two suits so that there is always one clean and ready for use. How do you keep a 15 month old warm at night with the wet wrap

With the wet wrap use lukewarm or room temp water. Wring the water out of the bodysuit, then dress your little one in it. You can layer over a onesie or regular pajamas. For my little dude he just slept in his wet wrap, covered up.
