Best salt for salads and finishing salt
As a salad junkie this is the only salt I would use. The salinity is perfect and the crunch in my mouth when I feel it-- is heavenly. This is a Michelin star salt if there ever was one. I used to scour supermarkets in Europe just to bring this to the states. Even food network shows feature this brand of salt. I was extremely ecstatic when I saw the bucket 2.2 lbs / 1 kilo. I'll save so much money than buying the smaller container. As you can see in the picture the quality and flakiness is the same. Enjoy!
