Original Sprout Miracle Detangler, Leave-In Conditioner Treatment for All Hair Types, 4 oz. Bottle

This product is amazing i absolutely love it. I have used this on and off for about 14 years and have used it on multiple heads of hair (i have 7 children). All my children and myself have variations on curly and wavy hair types and it works great on everyone. This is more like a salon grade hair product its much more superior to cheaper alternatives. Its not as good as something like aveda but this is a decent amount cheaper than aveda. This product makes my life so much easier without it i have to fight my kids to do their hair. Using this makes combing their hair so much easier and has eliminated tears on even my most tenderheaded child. It also helps make the hair curl really nicely, my 19 year old daughter buys these products for herself because it gives her nice looking curls.

My 82 year old mother had to stay in the hospital for a week after a bad fall, and couldn't move her head so that I could comb her hair. It's very fine and tangles like Christmas lights if you even look at it the wrong way, and is quite long. When she came home it was matted beyond belief and I mean MATTED in a terrible, foreboding CLUSTER of hair at the back of her head. I tried everything I knew of and everything I could. Finally this product along with a rat tail comb (very important tool, use the end of the comb to detangle from the bottom up), and eventually a Wet Brush, did the job. I truly thought we would have to cut some of it at the very least. It doesn't help that my poor mom is SUPER tender headed. I put this on her hair and left it for several hours, and over the next two days I worked on it until the mats finally started to loosen and then come out. I had to cut just a few bits off all in all. As a plus, the scent is not overwhelming and perfumey, which we are really sensitive to in our house. Definitely worth the price and a little goes a long way.

I love this product! It has basically clean ingredients, and it works on my long, thin hair. I use it after my regular conditioner, when I get out of the shower. Just a little goes a long way! One to two squirts, and I rub it between my hands, then work it through my hair, from ends to roots. Keeps my hair from breaking, and I don't have to fight tangles anymore!

I've been using this product on my daughter's waist-length, extremely thick, fine-textured and very straight hair for the past several years. It's by far the best detangler I've ever used. Unlike most detanglers for kids, the scent is mild, it does a great job of smoothing out tangles, and it does help condition. I'll add this part also in case anyone suspects this is a review from a biased vegan: I shop cruelty-free products with no animal testing, but I'm a dedicated leather-loving carnivore who not only doesn't give two flips if a product is vegan, but who typically avoids vegan products because I have allergies to soy and nuts. However, I'll use a product that works, and this does. This was recommended by my daughter's hairdresser, and it's worked well enough that I've kept using it, despite the expense. The pros: As mentioned, almost no scent, excellent for detangling, lasts quite a long time and is easy to work with as well. For that reason, I'd recommend it. A note, though: This product *lasts* in the hair. As mentioned, my daughter's hair is extremely long and thick, so it gets washed twice a week in summer and once a week in winter, or it gets too dry. I've noticed that when we do once a week, it suds up in the initial rinse and it takes a loooong time for me to wash it all out of the hair. That said, it doesn't appear to leave a waxy buildup or anything else, so just a head's up. The con: The new bottle. It's terrible. The old bottle has a black top and a valve that allows you to close it, and the spray is wonderful. The white bottle's spray mechanism is HORRIBLE. I'm working my fingers sore and not getting nearly enough product. Fortunately, I still had a travel-size bottle in the old style, so I've been refilling it (hey, recycling ftw) and chucking the white bottle when I'm done. OS: PLEASE reconsider this bottle, because it's a big flaw in an otherwise excellent product.

I was first introduced to this product from a hairdresser years ago. I instantly loved it. When my bottle ran out, I was so sad because the hairdresser moved out of town and I didn’t know how to get more. I was so excited when I stumbled across their website and saw I could now purchase the line through Amazon! This stuff is amazing! I have naturally wavy curly hair on the medium to thin side, medium to long length. So tangles can be a nightmare. Just a few squirts and I’m able to brush/comb through my whole head! I don’t even have to use conditioner any longer because this works so well. The least amount of product on my scalp the better! I have eczema, so I can get patches on my scalp if too much product, or harsh products, are used. I also purchased the scrumptious baby cream and all over hair and body wash. Love the entire line!

...but NOT Great Lengths Mascara. My "great lengths" is referring to my long hair which is just over three feet (3+') in length. Severe tangles are always a result whenever I sleep with my hair in anything BUT a braid. This specific detangler works super GREAT at assisting me in the battle against my many tangles. This nice smelling detangler is THE BEST detangler I've ever had the money to purchase and try out; over the last 12 years, I've grown my hair from a formerly shaved head (except the strip of hair I left) making my ONLY hair style a mohawk. I will continue to have my long hair while products such as this one keep coming out in the market which makes it tolerable to have long hair. Grateful for "Great Lengths," Viola Mae Sanchez

I have long (mid-back) fine hair, wavy and a lot of it. So, tangles galore. I tried this and now use it daily. It has reduced my hair combing time in half. It also adds shine. Great product.

Works okay but had to water it down. The spray nozzle immediately clogged and broke, maybe the product is too thick for this particular spray pump. Having to unscrew the cap every time now is a pain. Smell is nice and seems to work well. A little goes a long way.

C’est LE PRODUIT qu’il vous faut pour vos enfants qui font des noeuds facilement! J’ai essayé TELLEMENT MAIS TELLEMENT de sortes de produits mais celui ci est LE REAL DEAL! C’est un MUST!!!!!! En plus, il sent tellement bon! Je prends une bouteille avec une petite quantité d’eau. Je rajoute 1/4 du produit et je les mélanges. Votre bouteille va durer tres longtemps! ( petit truc pour les mamans avec un budget)

Je sais pas trop je pense qu un autre spray ferait aussi bien l affaire..
