Great customer support
The bed arrived one day later than expected, not the fault of the driver or seller ( scaffolding and works on the estate made it hard to find our house). After contacting the seller the bed arrived next day ( a Saturday). One of the parts was faulty, I contacted the seller again, they sent a picture of the instructions so I could identify the part. Within a few days I received 2 perfectly working parts, as they come in pairs. The seller was quick and polite when responding to my requests.
