I have no idea if this stuff is good, but it made someone very happy when I gifted it to them! I personally don't do hot sauce. If it burns going in, it burns coming out and I don't like enduring twice the heat and twice the sweaty seated sessions so thankfully I didn't have to endure a taste test but the person I got it for LOVED it! They said it is flavorfully spicy, perfect consistency and easy to use for multiple variations of foods! That's good enough quality for me as a gift so I say 5 stars! Thanks for keeping the heat contained in a nice bottle!

Melinda’s make some of the best hot sauces out there. This one is my favorite. I can take a lot of heat and this ghost pepper sauce is a perfect blend of flavor and spice level for my liking. Pairs perfectly with all kinds of dishes. It is hot, so use sparingly.

Melinda's ghost pepper hot sauce is a terrific gourmet spicy hot sauce. A top favorite of mine. May be a little too hot for some, but for me it has just the right amount of heat to spice up any of your favorite foods when you want a little more to spice things up a bit. This can also be added to your favorite salsa's however much you want to increase the heat to your liking. I've been using Melinda's hot sauces for some time now and think they're excellent for spicing up the foods you like.

Very spicy! I like the kick it gives to things like chilli, tacos, and other food that's best with a little bit of kick. I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 though because honestly, I think it tastes pretty bad. I ended up throwing it out after getting through half of the bottle. But, it could just be that perhaps I just don't like the taste of Ghost Peppers, which wouldn't be this product's fault if this is what Ghost Peppers actually taste like. But if you like the way they taste and want to add some heat to your food, you'll probably love this stuff.

Extreme heat, but it's pretty manageable. But the sauce is not just intense heat, it also has great flavor. The sweet and fruity notes of the ghost peppers and the habaneros really come through, and provide a flavor profile that is worth the burn. Other extra hot sauces often have an off-putting artificial taste, but this one tastes real and fresh. My favorite Melinda's sauce is still the roasted garlic and habanero, but this is a close second.

My husband is a hot source fanatic and I recently purchased him a hot sauce challenge which featured a ghost Pepper sauce. I really wanted to get a bigger version but it was purpose made just for the kit but using AI I found this source that was recommended as the same baseline recipe wise. I think the price point is fairly valid for the size of the bottle. My husband says the sauce is beautiful, it’s a very standard ghost pepper sauce but has a much better flavour without feeling thin or cheap. He says that you can actually taste the chilli instead of it just being a hot, synthetic chilli sauce. Definitely would purchase again and also interested in the other options such as the stake sauce and the wing sauce.

The sauce is really hot, but not obnoxious in any way. What stands out the most is the taste, it fits almost any meal. Other sauces just taste like the pepper they are made of, but this one has so many tasty notes besides the ghost pepper. It’s also a lot of sauce for the money, the bottle is bigger than most ones I’ve bought

Lovely - could be spicier but tasty

I FINALLY found the right sauce, after trying many. The taste is good but the heat is just right - its no joke. Not so hot it'll ruin you but hot enough to be careful lol. When I use Franks Hot Sauce (even their Xtra Hot), I have to soak my food and still don't get the desired heat. This stuff you only need several good drips. Good sized little so it'll last a while. Will be buying again!
