Works perfectly.
So far works perfectly to life heavy objects into the loft. Easy to use and remote works as expected. I will update if things change but for now, great choice for a lift.

Nice quality hoist
Good quality. I’ve used it several times. As others have mentioned, the disc that trips the stop can slip through the hoop, so keep an eye out or add something to it. Even with that, I recommend it.

Fast service this is my second order this wench works great I broke the first one by moving the wench to a new spot the use it

Overall, it is great. I have use this specifically for processing deer because I got tired of hand, cranking them up all the time. The reason that this one has a four star is only because in the winter time it takes forever for it to lower without any weight applied to it at all. And I’m pretty sure that that happens on all of them just because the device isn’t warm. But other than that, everything works great and I have not had no issues.

Pleased with this purchase.
Works exactly as expected. This is super strong. It's also pretty heavy. The power cord was shorter than I needed so I swapped it out with a longer cord and it's working great.

Disappointing Product and Return Experience – Be Cautious The product didn’t meet my expectations, and the return process was surprisingly difficult and expensive. I had to pay return shipping costs that were nearly as much as the item itself, which made the experience even more frustrating. If you're ordering from Canada, I recommend reviewing all the details carefully before purchasing. I would not go through this again. In this case, the seller has refused to refund my shipping cost despite the instructions on the return label and confirmation from multiple Amazon customer service representatives. I have already been refunded for the item, but not for the shipping charges I paid.

Beware of the wire crimps, they are a danger. Mine came undone with only 300 lbs or so. Redid the crimps and otherwise it works well.
