Q: Does the shavers give you the option of shaving your head where you can choose what length you want your hair to be?

Yes...it comes with diff size guards....u can't manually set the length

Q: How do you replace one or more of the blade heads?

Slight CCW turn will unlock the head. Replace with another and CW turn will lock it in. Not very intuitive and I wouldn't twist too hard. Took me awhile to figure it out. So far pretty impressed with this. Blades for my Remington (no longer made but it's the best I've ever found) cost about the same as this razor if I can find them at all.
