Very well made and the food tastes nice when cooked in this tray . Looks good , easy to clean and has a good weight to it. No sharp edges and I am happy with it.

This pan was a direct replacement for another one where the surface was wearing out .It has a guarantee of 20 years and at my age it should outlast me !!

I use this dish at least once a week, and have done now since I bought it in a panic for Christmas 2017 when I realised my existing dish was too small, and it has yet to disappoint.Strong, nice and deep to contain the extra liquid roasts produce, and a very good size for even sizeable joints of meat. I've used it for Lamb, Beef, Turkey, Chicken, Roast Potatoes, Parsnips, Med Veg and even made a fruitcake in it with no issues at all.The dish is VERY easy to clean, and most of the time just wipes clean with a little dish detergent and a warm damp cloth. Even after a particularly unfortunate disaster involving roast parsnips and honey and 5 hours in the oven, it cleaned up well with a soak in fairy and a wipe. I confess though, I am quite lazy and more often than not just fire it in the dishwasher. As yet no ill effects to the integrity of the dish or the non stick coating.

Initial impression very good. Heavy metal and coating worked perfectly for a couple of roasts.Coating then started to bubble up and flake away. Not much better than the one i threw away now.Would not recommend.

I am very pleased with this roasting pan. I have had several other brands in the past: some are thin, and warp easily, others have begun to lose their non stick coating within a few months of regular use, and the latest one before this dropped rusty water out of the rolled edge at the corners where there is a gap. This pan does none of that.Master Class gets good reviews here on Amazon and I can see why. This is a well made, heavy, solid pan. It has a tough coating that should last well in excess of the five years it's guaranteed for. And as for a 25-year guarantee on the pan itself, any manufacturer that can offer this must be supremely confident of its product's performance and longevity. This certainly helped persuade me to buy it.I am so far very happy with the pan -it has done its job as it should and has been very easy to clean. I have been sufficiently impressed with results so far that I have bought a second one. It's worth adding that the price here on Amazon is considerably better than the retail price I have seen on this in some local stores.Highly recommended.AAUPDATE MARCH 2015Now almost three years on and these are still going strong and have survived family life, roasting, and a dishwasher's ministrations. Unfortunately their sister Masterclass baking trays have not lasted as well, but I think because of more physical abuse. These are excellent and I am very happy with them still.

Nice oven pan does not stick so great item very pleased

Sometimes you buy a roasting tin and it's pathetic, food sticks to it, it's hard to clean. WOW this thing is superb, in fact it's better than superb. Nothing sticks to it and what I do to clean it is wait till it cools then wipe it with kitchen towel before I wash it. This thing not only has fantastic non-stick it's built like a tank. We also bought 2 x large Yorkshire pudding trays from the same brand and we will be replacing all our baking trays soon again the same brand.

Die Auflaufform ist perfekt für größere Mengen geeignet. Sie geht gerade so in den Backofen :-DSehr schwer, das zeugt von Qualität. Prima wären noch Griffe an der Auflaufform gewesen. Aber wenn man sich nicht ganz so ungeschickt anstellt, bekommt man auch das gehandhabt
