The Iron Neck is great at this because it allows you to train while in good postural positions against forces in any direction, all without unnecessary loading of the C-spine. **Q: Does it come with a weighted resistance band?** A: Great question, yes it absolutely does. Any Iron Neck you order will come with a sleeved resistance band, a cinch anchor, and a skull cap. If you'd like to add to your resistance band collection as you progress, you can pick those up individually ala carte as well. **Q: How much does each model weigh?** A: Each Iron Neck itself weights roughly 3lbs. **Q: Can I upgrade to from starter to varsity after awhile or is it a totally separate purchase?** A: You can. You have to ship it to them and pay the upgrade cost. ## Frequently Bought Together - Iron Neck Advanced Neck Strengthener, Exerciser and Rehabilitation Device to Relieve Pain - Iron Neck Resistance Band, Durable Exercise Band with Steel Carabiners for Neck Training, Strength Workouts, Stretching, and Rehab - Iron Neck, Versatile Neck Exerciser, Strengthener and Trainer with Adjustable Head and Chin Strap, Portable Head Harness for Weight Lifting, Home and Gym Use --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/530284117-iron-neck-advanced-neck-trainer-strengthener-exerciser-and-rehabilitation-device](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/530284117-iron-neck-advanced-neck-trainer-strengthener-exerciser-and-rehabilitation-device) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
