Right, well it is big which is all I needed for taking lightweight duvets on Ryanair. It meets bag size regulations but you do have to lug it from bag check to outsize bag desk but no extra charge. The wheels collapsed before I got to the airport and it is a sod to manoeuvre. Falls over, no side handles to grab and you need a trolley. The material has also started to wear through where you drag it along the ground. So, why 4 stars? It did exactly what I needed it for, packs small enough to bring back in cabin bag, should do another 3 or 4 trips, is huge, great value, zips held. Great way to transport bulky items but this is NOT suitable for normal, regular luggage.

The bag had a tear when I opened the package. I decided to sew it and pack it up as I travel in a few days. Then I tried to pick it up and the handle came off! Such a waste of money!

Very versatile, great size and so easy to collapse, not yet travelled with it so not sure on durability but perfect for what I wanted

The size was good, loved it. However the top buckle wasn't the right size, and the wheels are stupidly small, meaning the actual bottom of the bag dragged and tore through the material. Because of a lack of side handles, the wheels made the bag go everywhere but straight on! Caused a lot of stress and I'm having to buy another bag. Good concept, but not done properly I'm afraid

I ordered two of these bags out of necessity to move abroad. They are absolutely massive (my flatmate thought that I wouldn't be able to actually get them on the plane!) but are within regulation. Balance can be an issue, but that is a matter of packing. This seller was able to get the bags out quickly (I ordered within a week of wheels up). I will say that for the price, one shouldn't expect these bags to last forever. I don't really expect them to have much of a life beyond a handful of trips, particularly if they are at full capacity. What is fantastic about them, nonetheless, is that they don't have to be. Its the fact that they can be folded up so small that has really made the difference. I would recommend them, not because they are the best piece of luggage - though they are wildly sufficient to that end - but because they do what they're supposed to do, don't cost too much, and at the end of their purpose, don't take up too much room.
