I have had my rotor cuff replaced three times! Does this work well for pain relief from arthritis, scar tissue and damaged muscles?

It isn't helping my shoulder atm but I just reinjured it while also doing PT for torn things in upper part of shoulder. It did help a bit before I Fd it up more though and it helps my back muscles relax enough to sleep. Yesterday I could hardly move, used this on my back when I went to bed and was moving much better today, enough my Chiropractor noticed.
