As far as I'm concerned, probiotics helped me to balance the friendly bacteria in my digestive system. Probiotics helped me treat diarrhea. It's best to take a probiotic at night before bed, and that's what I generally do every day. Talk to your doctor before you take anything to make sure it works for you and your body/condition. Probiotic Supplement improved my mental health too, so it's worth buying it.

Very good laxative to remove stuck and stubborn stools fro colon
Very useful for senior persons above 50 yes age, softens hardened stools and enables smooth passage - especially after eating dry/ hard foods like Ragi / wheat dhalia items: note also eat some fermented foods like dhokla/ idlis to help in this

Great tablets to cure digestive problems and increasing immunity
My gastric problems used to be so bad, but I've had less bloating and better digestion since taking these capsules. Thumbs up to this product, it really does what it claims to do. Happy with it and highly recommend it. Also boosts immunity, which is so important now.

Very effective product for gut problems
I purchased this product from amazon and it is very effective for all gut problems like indigestion leaky gut etc, only thing i am unable to understand some other probiotics products mention much larger live good bacteria in more than 100 billions but in this it is not that high but as per my personal experience it was very effective for my gut health

Helps regulate your bowl system.
More regularity. I increased my dosage to 2 a day. 1 after lunch and 1 after dinner.
