This is a pretty good mushroom supplement. I like how they specify whether the fruiting body or mycelium was used for all of the mushroom ingredients in it. I don't think I've noticed much of a difference taking these, but I normally take mushroom supplements every day so I don't expect a large difference from switching which product I take each day. I will say the dosages seem a bit low, I normally take much more lion's mane daily than the 266mg they have per serving here. I also wish they specified the amounts of the mushrooms used in their proprietary blend.

Im a huge believer in the power of mushrooms and had to give these a try. I love that they are a mixture of multiple beneficial mushrooms and it couldn't be easier to take them. They have only the slightest smell and no flavor at all, they are normal-sized pills that are easy to swallow. They are also made in the US, which is a bonus! Very happy with them!

Mushrooms have quite a range of health benefits. The problem is, you have to eat a lot of them, and you can't find all the varieties in many places. Thankfully, these capsules have a nice blend of healthy mushroom varieties.The capsules are reasonably sized, filled evenly with a well-combined mixture, and they are easy to swallow. I am happy to have found this mushroom blend to take regularly.

These seem to be pretty decent mushroom capsules with a good blend of mushrooms. Since I'm taking them mainly for immune support I can't really say how well they work but I'm hopeful. I guess I won't know for sure how well they work on that front until my kid goes back to school next month and starts bringing home all the germs! But we did go away for summer vacation and were around other people and I didn't pick anything up - as a type I diabetic if someone had something I probably would have gotten it! So I'm hopeful! I do deal with brain fog issues thanks to fibromyalgia and while those issues haven't fully gone away they're a lot better right now than they were in May. I can't say for certain that it's the mushroom helping me but it's certainly something to take note of. Two brown capsules and standard size so they're not too difficult to take. I'm intrigued enough to keep with them for a while and see how things go. And at this price I don't mind experimenting for a while.

The GMP, FDA and 3rd Party Lab Tested ably satisfies my expectations for supplement safety and integrity of ingredients/processing.I feel this is a very credible mushroom complex supplement, providing most of the ingredients in an extract form (although I am disappointed that they do not specify the exact concentration ratios for any of the extract ingredients). 4.5 stars.
