Good for energy! All the B vitamins you need & probiotics as well
The dose for these tablets is 1 a day & there are 90 tablets in the tub. The tub has a push down childproof lid which is quite stiff so you may want to transfer the contents if you have trouble opening those kinds of packs. The tablets are manufactured in the USA.This is a food based Vitamin B complex supplement which contains all 8 essential B vitamins plus vitamin C, Probiotics, Choline and Inositol. The vitamins are derived from fruits & vegetables. These tablets are quite a large size but are easy to swallow with some water. They don't really smell of much & they do not repeat on you either.Obviously it is quite hard to tell if food supplements are working or not but these Briofood day to day do seem to have improved my energy levels since I started taking them & I would say they are excellent quality. The manufacturers say that they promote a healthy heart and blood as well as giving stress and immune support. The supplement also helps maintain physical and mental energy, is a natural energy booster & is good for a healthy nervous system. It has vegetarian sourced omegas to promote cardio health & a Brio-digestive enzyme and Brio-Probiotics blend helps to support your digestion.All in all this is a good food supplement with a lot of benefits & with the added extra of having probiotics in it. It is well worth a try & as there is a 3 month supply here the price is very competative indeed especially when you consider there is no need to buy extra probiotic products as well.Please note that I recieved this product at a reduced price in return for this honest & unbiassed review.

I was looking for a good supply of vitamins and this seemed to fit what I wanted. I received a 3 month course. the tablets are easy to swallow. only take the one a day. the ingredients are names that are familiar and this made the product more appealing. so far so good. they are tasteless but not odourless. they have a food smell so it's not unpleasant. Great set of multivitamin, mixed for endurance and energy, easy to use
This review is being done by me, who received them as part of a reduced price so I would write a review.This is a very good product, it contains list after list of good natural ingredients. Everything from Apple to kale, which is important, especially if you work long night shifts like me. This pill is made to provide endurance and energy, which is does well. I feel more active and alert when using them. For their size because of their natural ingredients they are easy to swollow.
